About Rony

My peers and colleagues often describe me as a newshound.

Since 2006, my travels have taken me on various assignments: The Duke Lacrosse Sex Scandal, the 2008 U.S. Presidential Campaign, the 2010 Haiti Earthquake, the Boston Marathon Bombings, and the trial of James 'Whitey' Bulger, to name a few.

I began my professional reporting career at The Milford Cabinet and have worked for WHDH-TVABC NewsTown of TyngsboroughCBS Boston, WBZ NewsRadio/iHeartMediaWBUR-FM, NewsNation, and New Hampshire & 603 Diversity Magazine

Storytelling resonates deeply with me. I view journalists as history's initial drafters, upholding the responsibility to deliver accurate information as a key public service.

My peers often dub me a "newshound," having spearheaded the launch of various local to national media platforms across print, online, TV, and radio. I excel at driving audience engagement and growth in the digital realm, leveraging native and targeted campaigns.

The tech behind live streaming -- Internet Protocol standards and transport protocols for video production, including, Satellite, Microwave, Bonded Cellular,  NDI, RTMP, RTSP, and HLS is my jam.

Today, I am the Media Program Director for Tyngsborough Media, the Town of Tyngsborough's Public Access Channel. As a mayoral resident appointee, I am also on the Cable and Television Advisory Board (CTAB) for the City of Nashua, NH.

I am a proud graduate of N.C. Central University, a Historically Black University in Durham, N.C., and a National Association of Black Journalists member.

An avid aviator, I am a student-pilot member of the New Hampshire Pilots AssociationAero Club of New England, and the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association.
